利奈唑胺治疗耐青霉素葡萄球菌感染

Treatment of four cases of penicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus infection by linezolid

目的探讨利奈唑胺对耐青霉素葡萄球菌感染的临床治疗效果。方法对4例耐青霉素葡萄球菌感染患者应用利奈唑胺治疗10～21d,观察临床症状、体征和实验室检查的变化,以及相应的副反应情况。结果 4例患者在应用利奈唑胺后,不同时间症状、体征和实验室检查均出现明显改善,无明显不良反应发生。结论利奈唑胺用于治疗葡萄球菌感染具有较好的疗效、耐受性和安全性。

【Objective】To assess the clinical effect of linezolid on penicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus infection.【Methods】Three cases of penicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus sepsis and 1 case of meticillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus infection were treated with linezolid for 10 to 21 days,and the clinical symptoms,signs and laboratory examination were observed and analyzed.【Results】The clinical symptoms,signs and laboratory examinations of the 4 patients were significantly improved after treatment with linezolid,and no obvious side-reaction was found.【Conclusion】Linezolid has good efficacy,tolerance and security for the treatment of Staphylococcus aureus infection.
