摘要
目的探讨老年肠梗阻的临床病因分布及诊疗特点,为临床诊治此类疾病提供参考。方法对该院2004年1月～2009年3月收治并经手术证实的115例老年急性肠梗阻患者的临床资料进行了回顾性分析。结果黏连性肠梗阻占老年肠梗阻病因的首位,肠道恶性肿瘤及腹外疝分列其次。结论手术前正确的评估及准备选择适当的手术方式、术后加强监护及正确的处理是降低死亡率的重要因素。
【Objective】To discuss the clinical causes and treatment characteristics of acute ileus in aged patients so as to give evidence on clinical therapy.【Methods】A retrospective analysis of 115 aged cases with acute ileus proved by the operation form Jan.2004 to March 2009 in Shanghai Yangpu Central Hospital was used.【Results】 The first reason was adhesive ileus,bowel malignant tumors arranged the second and abdomen hernia arranged the third.【Conclusions】The correct evaluation before operation,the mode of operation and intensive care after operation are the important factors of dropping the mortality.
