钢板-轻骨料混凝土空心组合板受力性能试验研究 被引量:8

Experimental study on mechanical behavior of plain steel plate-light weight concrete hollow composite decks

摘要 对5块钢板-轻骨料混凝土组合空心组合板试件进行两点对称集中加载静力试验研究,考虑到空心组合板在顺管方向和垂直管向的两个正交方向弯曲刚度比较接近,因此在试验中同时对空心组合板这两个方向的受力性能进行研究,分析了组合板中钢管布置方向、名义剪跨比对其破坏形态和承载能力等受力性能的影响,研究了5块空心组合板的破坏形态、钢板与混凝土应变发展情况、裂缝发展情况、组合板刚度及组合板承载能力。根据试验研究结果,提出了空心组合板承载能力和弯曲刚度计算方法,计算结果与试验结果吻合良好。研究结果表明:空心组合板中钢管可以有效提高组合板承载能力和弯曲刚度;与普通钢板-混凝土组合板相比,钢板-混凝土空心组合板具有自重轻、强度高、刚度大、施工方便和双向受力的性能优势。 In order to understand the hollow composite decks mechanical performance,static experiments of five specimens of the hollow composite slabs were conducted,among which two specimens were composed of longitudinal steel pipes and three specimens were composed of transversal steel pipe,with the aim to analyze the difference of the mechanical behaviors of the composite decks at the two orthogonal directions.Based on the experiment results,the effects of the direction of steel pipes and the nominal shear-span of the slabs on the composite decks mechanical performance were especially studied.During the experiment process,the failure modes,strains of concrete and steel plate,cracking type,slippage of interface and the bearing capacity of the decks were studied in detail.Based on the experiment results,the design methods which mainly composed of the calculation method of the bearing capacity and calculation method of the flexural rigidity of the composite decks were introduced.The calculation results of the bearing capacity and middle-span deflection were in good agreement with those of the experimental results,and the founded calculation methods were verified.From the research results,it could be concluded that the steel pipes in the composite decks can contribute to the bearing capacity and flexural rigidity.Compared to the plain steel-concrete composite decks without steel pipes,the steel plate-light weight concrete hollow composite deck had lots of advantages such as lighter self-weight,higher bearing capacity,bigger flexural rigidity,easier construction and similar behavior in two orthogonal directions.
