摘要
目的探讨KGF与KGFR在中耳胆脂瘤组织中的表达和意义,以及两者在中耳胆脂瘤发病过程中的作用及表达规律性。方法取手术切除并经常规病理确诊的中耳胆脂瘤标本39例作为病例组,取经病理证实为正常皮肤组织的标本计数10例作为对照组;采用SABC免疫组织化学染色方法,运用计算机数字病理图像分析系统观察并计数阳性细胞表达情况。结果 KGF蛋白在病例组和对照组的阳性表达率分别为84.6%和0,两组间差异有统计学意义;KGFR蛋白在病例组和对照组的阳性表达率分别为82.1%和10.0%,差异有统计学意义;病例组中KGF和KGFR蛋白阳性表达之间存在显著正相关关系。结论 KGF和KGFR可作为特异性标记物,有助于中耳胆脂瘤的诊断并为易患性提供参考;KGF是促进上皮细胞增生的一种重要的细胞因子;KGF和KGFR之间存在旁分泌作用机制。
Objective To discuss the expression and the significance of KGF and KGFR in middle ear cholesteatoma, and to reveal their functions and regularity of expression in the pathopoiesis of middle ear cholesteatoma.MethodsTook 39 diagnosed middle ear cholesteatoma specimens removed from the patients during operations as the case group and 10 normal skin tissue specimens as the control group; The expressions of KGF and KGFR were studied by SABC immunohistochemistry, the amount of expression of positive cell was determined by an automatic imaging analyzing system. ResultsThe positive expression rate of KGF protein respectively in the case group and the control group is 84.6% and 0. The disparity is significant; The positive expression rate of KGFR protein in the case group is 82.1% and 10% in the control group. The disparity between the two groups also has statisti-cal significance. The significant positive correlationship has been proved between the positive expressions of KGF and KGFR protein in the case group. ConclusionKGF and KGFR can be used as the specific markers for diagnosing middle ear cholesteatoma and providing reference to the liability; KGF is an important cytokine that can facilitate proliferation of epithelial cells, in addition, there is a paracrine mechanism between KGF and KGFR.
