伴玻璃体积血的视网膜裂孔的激光治疗

Laser treatment of retinal tears and accompanied with vitreous hemorrhage

目的观察伴有玻璃体积血的视网膜裂孔的激光治疗效果。方法回顾性分析应用多波长氪激光治疗伴有玻璃体积血的视网膜裂孔患者32例32眼的临床资料。结果 32例32眼其中无伴视网膜脱离者20例20眼,伴视网膜浅脱者12例12眼,均行多波长视网膜激光治疗,2眼加行巩膜扣带术。术后视网膜复位,裂孔封闭,无再出血。结论视网膜裂孔伴玻璃体积血甚至视网膜脱离时,及时行激光光凝封闭视网膜裂孔以及早期手术是争取良好视力预后的关键。

Objective To investigate the laser therapeutic effects of retinal tears and retinal detachment with vitreous hemorrhage.MethodsA retrospective survey was done in 32 patients （32 eyes） with retinal tears and retinal detachment accompany with vitreous hemorrhage who underwent binocular covered, laser therapy, or operation. ResultsThere are 12 eyes be with retinal detachment. All of the eyes were treated with laser therapy and 2 of them were treated with scleral buckling surgery. Retinal reattachment was achieved and vitreous hemorrhage did not recur. ConclusionIn the cases of retinal tears and retinal detachment with vitreous hemorrhage, multiwavelength laser therapy and operation is recommended.
