摘要
对创新集群的结构进行了深入分析,将其结构抽象为知识网络、产业网络、价值网络和服务网络四大网络。设计了创新集群结构评价的指标体系,并运用主成分分析法对北欧国家ICT创新集群结构分别进行了实证评价和分析。评价结论基本证实了指标体系的有效性和方法具有逻辑自洽性。
An in-depth analysis for the structure of the innovative clusters was conducted.by further dividing its structure into knowledge networks,industrial networks,value networks and service networks.An index system was designed for the evaluation of innovative clusters structure,and an empirical evaluation and analysis were conducted on the structure of ICT innovative clusters in Nordic countries with principal component analysis.The conclusion of the evaluation confirmed the validity of indicator system and the logic of self-consistent of the method.
