针对知识状态的五个属性阐述了虚拟企业知识状态的构成，并从基于过程的角度详细分析了虚拟企业知识状态的特性。然后在经典的SECI模型的基础上，从认识论、本体论和方法论的视角建立虚拟企业知识演化的坐标模型，论述了虚拟企业知识演化的特性，并描绘了虚拟企业知识演变的整体框架，揭示了知识状态演变的内在机理。

This paper describes the structure of knowledge state in virtual enterprise contraposing the five attributes of knowledge state, then analyzes the property of knowledge stare in virtual enterprise in detail from the perspective of process. Based on the the classical SECI model, coordinates model of knowledge evolution in VE is estab-lished from epistemology, ontology and methodology and it discusses the characteristics of knowledge evolution in virtual enterprise. It also bring up the framework of knowledge evolution in VE, revealing the mechanism of evolution of knowledge state.
