摘要 借鉴项目管理的思想,将组织学习与知识创新实施计划分解成一系列的子项目和小活动分步实施,提出组织学习与知识创新项目切分法,将组织学习与知识创新过程粗分为原型、推广和制度化3个阶段,并给出了每阶段的目标体系和考评重点,为组织学习的实施提供了有益的参考。进一步从组织结构的变革、信息技术的完善、激励政策的重建、共享文化的营建4个方面论述了组织学习与知识创新项目切分与实施导入环境的构建。最后,分析了这种将组织学习视为投资者对学习策略的序列决策过程的思想的意义,指出组织学习与知识创新项目切分法是开展组织学习期权研究的基础。 Using the concept of project management as reference,this paper divides implementation plan of organizational learning and knowledge innovation into a series of subprojects and small activities,to implement them step by step.A staged method of organizational learning project is presented.It divides organizational learning process into3stages of prototype,promotion and institutionalization roughly,represents target system and key points of evaluaticn,provides useful reference for the implementation of organizational learning.This paper discusses the segmentation of organizational learning project and the structure of implementing learning in environment from 4perspectives of organizational structure changes,information technology improvement,incentives redevelopment,shared culture construction.Finally,this paper analyzes the meaning of viewing organizational learning as a sequence of decision-making process of learning strategies,and points out that staged implementation is the basis of carrying out organizational learning option study.
