摘要
数字摄影变形量测新方法,主要是针对在短螺旋挤土灌注桩成桩挤土效应模型试验中非接触量测桩周土体变形的技术难题而开发的。该方法的核心是,在数码相机位置、摄影参数、光源位置及强度变动的情况下,通过应用自行开发的投影坐标变换程序VPCC和绘图程序CCM,同时利用Windows系统所提供的画图功能,实现了变形的非接触量测。经过在模型试验中的应用,验证了这一新方法能够提供高精度的土体位移场云图和等值线图,从而解决了目前商用数字摄影变形量测软件在模型试验中无法解决的技术难题,为土工模型试验的非接触量测提供了一种有效、可靠且成本低廉的量测手段。
The new image analysis method for measuring deformation was developed to deal with the technical problems of non-contact deformation measurement in soil displacement screw pile's model test.The essence of new method is able to achieve the non-contact deformation measurement with the help of projection coordinate conversion program(VPCC),the mapping process(CCM)and Windows'paint software under various conditions of the position of digital camera,the photography parameters,the location and intensity of light.The application of the new method in model test verifies that this new approach can provide highly accurate cloud and contour map of soil displacement field,so as to solve the technical problems that could not be treated by current commercial digital photography deformation measurement software.This new method is an effective,reliable and cost-effective method for measuring deformation in the geotechnical model test.
