摘要
用电容传感器的三维有限元模型,分析了8电极电容层析成象传感器灵敏度的三维分布。用重建图象评估了传感器轴向敏感空间的大小。讨论了将三维敏感场近似成二维场所带来的误差。
The three dimensional sensitivity distribution of an 8 electrode capacitance tomography sensor is analyzed using three-dimensional finite element method.The axial sensing space is evaluated by the reconstructed images.The error caused by regarding the three-dimensional sensing space as a two-dimensional field is discussed.
