摘要
】针对高分子湿敏器件的湿度温度系数具有一定分布范围,在不同的相对湿度下其温度湿度系数又有所区别的问题,研究一种基于插值法的温度补偿方法,从而减少温度因素对智能式高分子湿度仪精度的影响。该方法具有实用、可靠的特点,还可以推广应用到存在相似问题的其它类型传感器中。
Humidity-temperature coefficient of macromolecule humidity sensor component has distribution in an certan extent and is different in various humidity.This paper presents the temperature compensation method based on interpolating.That could reduce influence of temperature on intellective macromolecule humidity instrument. This method is practical and realizable and also can be applied in other kinds of sensor that have same problem.
