面部整形联合A型肉毒素注射行下面部轮廓重塑的疗效观察

Study of effect of combination of facial plasty and botulinum toxin A injection in inferior facial re-contour

目的:评价采用面部整形联合A型肉毒素注射行下面部轮廓重塑方法。方法:对68例术者使用下颌骨截骨(即伴有下颌骨肥大或外翻者)及颊脂肪垫摘除联合A型肉毒素咬肌内注射等综合术式进行下面部轮廓重塑,观察其临床效果。结果:68例术者中24例伴有下颌角肥大或外翻者进行下颌骨截骨,所有术者均行颊脂肪垫摘除及A型肉毒素咬肌内注射(1～2次),随访6～12个月,取得满意效果。结论:面部整形联合A型肉毒素咬肌内注射行下面部轮廓重塑安全可行,疗效肯定,值得临床推广。

Objective：To study the effect of combination of facial plasty and botulinum toxin A injection in inferior facial re-contour.Methods：The mandible osteotomy（in the patients with mandible hypertrophy or eversion）,buccal fat pad resection and masseter botulinum toxin A injection were performed,and the clinical results were analyzed.Results：The mandible osteotomy was performed in 24 cases with mandible hypertrophy and eversion,buccal fat pad resection and masseter botulinum toxin A injection（1-2 times） were performed in all cases,the follow up was 6-12 months.The satisfactory result was achieved.Conclusion：The facial plasty combined with masseter botulinum toxin A injection is safe,feasible and affirmatively effective in inferior facial re-contour.The method is worthwhile for clinic application.
