经济转型升级背景下高职教育发展困境与突围路径

Difficulties and Solutions for Higher Vocational Education in the Background of Economy Transformation and Upgrading

经济社会的发展是高职教育产生与发展的动力源,高职教育是区域经济发展与再造生产力的助力器,经济社会发展与高职教育二元互动、共生共荣。当前,我国社会处于全面的转型时期,经济转型升级背景下高职教育呈现出诸多不适应性。面对我国经济社会转型升级,在历经跨越式的大发展之后,我国高职教育面临着如何从高等教育中分化独立、升级发展和如何由大众型向区域普及型转型发展的问题。本文提出适应经济转型升级、推动高职教育突破困境和转型发展的战略选择。

The development of economic society is the dynamic source for higher vocational education,which acts as a propeller in the advancement of regional economy and re-productivity. The relationship of economic society and higher vocational education is dual interactive,co-existence and co-prosperity. Currently,China is at the overall transformational phase,hereby,higher vocational education in the background of economy transformation and upgrading presents various maladjustments,being confronted with such issues as how to separate itself alone from general higher education to achieve greater advancement; how to change the mode from popular education to regional universal type. This article poses some strategic options for higher vocational education to drive its transformational development under the circumstances of economic transformational upgrading.
