摘要
采用摇瓶发酵法研究了Bacillus sp.SN02004-01培养特性和最佳发酵产酶条件,优化培养基组成为:麦芽糖1.0%、蛋白胨0.5%、酵母膏0.5%、硝酸钠0.075%、硫酸镁0.025%、氯化钙0.01%、磷酸氢二钾0.01%;其最佳的发酵条件为:接种9 h种龄种子、接种量6%、最佳发酵温度为65℃、最佳发酵pH为7.0、发酵终点为24 h。
The optimal fermentation conditions of Bacterium Bacillus sp.SN02004-01 producing thermostable trehalose synthetase were investigated in this paper.The optimal culture medium were as followed: maltose 1%,peptone 0.5%,yeast extraction 0.5%,NaNO3 0.075%,MgSO4 0.025%,CaCl2 0.01% and K2HPO4 0.01%.The optimal environmental conditions were as followedi:noculumage 9 h,spores 6%,initial pH 7.0,fermention temperature 65 ℃ and fermention time 24 h.
