蒲公英保健饮料及其降血脂、降血糖作用研究 被引量:24

Development of hypolipemic and hpyerglycemic of dandelion health beverage

摘要 试验以蒲公英干品为原料经粉碎,乙醇提取,调配,过滤,杀菌和灌装等工艺制得蒲公英保健饮料。蒲公英中黄酮的最佳提取条件经正交试验得出乙醇浓度为95%,提取温度为75℃,提取时间为100 min,提取次数为2次,料水比为1∶10;绿原酸的最佳提取条件经正交试验得出分别为乙醇浓度80%,提取温度为60℃,提取时间为180 min,提取次数为3次,料水比为1∶25。通过正交试验及方差分析,确定蒲公英饮料的最佳配方为:蒲公英提取液80%,木糖醇11%,β-环糊精0.4%,柠檬酸0.07%。经动物试验结果表明蒲公英饮料对高血脂模型小鼠具有降血脂作用和对糖尿病模型小鼠具有一定的降血糖作用。 Dandelion health beverage was using the extracts of dry dandelion as raw material,and by extracting in ethanol,preparing,straining,sterilizing and bulking.The best condition of the extraction of flavones in dandelion through the orthogonal experiment was 95% concentration of ethanol at 75 ℃ for 100 min,2 times and the proportion of raw material and ethanol was 1 ∶10;The best condition of the extraction of chlorogenic acid in taraxacum through the orthogonal experiment was 80% concentration of ethanol at 60 ℃ for 180 min,3 times and the proportion of raw material and ethanol was 1 ∶25.The formula of dandelion health beverage from the result of an orthogonal experiment showed that the contents for best flavor was 80% extract of dandelion 11% xylitol,0.4% β-cyclodextrin and 0.07% citric acid.The dandelion health beverage through the animals test is to hypolipemic of hyperlipemia mice and hpyerglycemic of diabetes mice.
