摘要
以蛹虫草固体培养残基为原料,正交试验确定微波加热提取虫草素的最佳工艺,提取液经浓缩、除杂后采用制备型高效液相色谱分离纯化其中的虫草素。结果表明:微波提取虫草素的最佳条件是微波强度P50,固液比1∶20,提取时间2 min,提取次数2次,微波提取液经2次制备型高效液相色谱分离纯化后虫草素纯度达到95.2%。
The cordycepin in the deserted solid medium of the cordyceps militaris were extracted by microwave treatment.And the orthogonal test design L9(34) was used to optimize the conditions of microwave trea-tment.After being concentrated and purified primarily,the extracting solution was further purified with a prepared-type HPLC.The results showed that the optimum conditions of microwave treatment were as follows: microwave irradiation power 50 W,solid-liquid ratio 1 ∶20,extracting time 2 min,and being extracted for 2 times.And the purity of the prepared cordycepin can reach to 95.2% only with two times of prepared-type HPLC were implemented.
