摘要
以Fe3O4微粒为磁性载体,利用羧甲基壳聚糖制备毫米级磁性小球,研究了羧甲基壳聚糖溶液浓度、羧甲基壳聚糖与Fe3O4微粒质量比及交联剂种类对磁性小球的性质影响。确定了最佳制备条件,即使用3%羧甲基壳聚糖溶液,羧甲基壳聚糖与Fe3O4微粒质量比1∶1,使用1.25%戊二醛溶液进行交联。并用IR、XRD和SEM对其结构和形貌进行表征。
Taken the Fe3O4 particles as the magnetic carrier,Carboxymethyl chitosan magnetic beads was prepared.The concentration of carboxymethyl chitosan,carboxymethyl chitosan and Fe3O4 particle mass ratio and crosslinker type on the properties of magnetic ball was studied.The best preparation conditions is,3% carboxymethyl chiosan solution,carboxymethyl chitosan and Fe3O4 particle mass ratio of 1 ∶1,using 1.25% glutaraldehyde solution for crosslinking.The structure and morphology were characterized by IR,XRD and SEM.
