摘要
建立了对硫磷的基于中空纤维的直接进样微萃取-HPLC检测法。在优化的实验条件下,目标物的萃取富集倍数为132倍,回收率为85.0%~102.1%,方法检出限为0.004μg/mL,方法的相对标准偏差(RSD)值为4.13%。方法无需过滤等前处理过程,可用于蔬菜等食品中痕量有机磷农药的富集检测。
A novel method for the determination of organophosphorus pesticides in environmental samples has been developed using direct inject-LPME and HPLC.The results showed that the concentration factors for samples were 132 and ralative standard deviations(RSD) of samples was 4.13%.The average recovery range from 85.0%~102.1%.The detection limits was 0.004 μg/mL.It is needless to filtrate and separate for aqueous samples compared with other extraction methods.
