摘要
对掺铒铌酸锂(Er3+:LiNbO3)波导放大器在1480nm泵浦光单向和双向泵浦下的增益特性作了计算机模拟理论分析,采用二能级速率方程,忽略ESA的影响,应用数值法得出方程解。
The characterizes of gain of Er 3+ :LiNbO 3 waveguide amplifier are studied. LiNbO 3 passive waveguide devices are small signal pump light establish on a modeling of quasi two level system built specially for pump wavelength at 980nm and neglecting ESA and ASE. The numerical simulation is done for single and double pass configuration respectively.
