摘要
提出了一种用于高速重载铁路车辆的套缸式液气缓冲器,在不改变列车缓冲器外形结构尺寸前提下,实现缓冲器活塞行程距离的最大化,针对缓冲器活塞行程的有限性,为了最大限度的吸收列车冲击能量,推导了这种套缸式液压缓冲器的主要结构参数设计计算公式,结合实际车辆连挂的要求,给出了套缸式液压缓冲器主要结构参数设计算例。
It is put forward a kind of Telescopic Cylindrical Type Hydro-pneumatic Buffer for high-speed and overloading railway vehicle. Under the premise of unchanging the contour structure sizes of train buffer,it realizes the maximum piston stroke of buffer. In allusion to the limitation of piston stroke and in order to maximize the impact energy absorption of the train, the author deduces the design and calculation formulas of Telescopic Cylindrical Type Hydro-pneumatic Buffer's main structural parameters and gives the design examples of the main structure parameters combining with the requirements of actual vehicles.
