摘要
文章以分离乙酰胆碱酯酶抑制剂为目标,通过从豆豉中提取和多级柱层析分离纯化,结合高速逆流色谱(HSCCC)最终分离得到3个化合物,根据MS1、H-NMR和13C-NMR谱图分析结果表明,上述3种化合物分别为染料木素、大豆素和山奈酚。
To isolate inhibitor of acetylcholine esterase,Lobster sauce was extracted and chromatography separated step by step,and 3 compounds were purified finally by high-speed countercurrent chromatography.Their chemical structures were identified as genistein,daidzein and kaempferol by their MS、1H-NMR and 13C-NMR spectra.
