摘要
文章以陈醋作对照分析,采用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)对苹果醋中的有机酸含量进行了分析测试。实验数据显示,苹果醋含有特殊的有机酸,具有较高的营养保健功效。
The nutritive compositions of apple cider vinegar were studied in this paper,by comparing with mature vinegar.Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry（GC-MS） were employed to determine the organic acid.Apple cider vinegar have special organic acid and much healthy function.
