摘要 协同商品设计中,供应商的选择至关重要。首先建立一套具有一定灵活性的综合评价指标体系,为不同的企业提供不同的需求选择;然后运用熵权系数法确定评价指标的权重;再通过TOPSIS法对供应商进行优劣排序。最后通过一实例进行分析。 Supplier selection is very important in collaborative commodity design.First set up a flexible evaluating factors system for enterprises to choose,then worked out the weights of evaluating factors using the entropy weight method and gived the order of suppliers using TOPSIS method.At last an example was illustrated.
