摘要
探索在新形势下如何加强大学生自我管理意识和能力培养．一要灌输正确的指导思想，增强自我管理意识；二要积极实践，进行大学生自我管理能力培养，从而达到成才目标，增强学生的社会适应能力；三实施条件和实施效果．
Ih this paper,the author discusses how to strengthen the cultivation of college students' self- managemaent consciousness and ability under new situation. One way is to feed them with right guiding ideology to strengthen their self-management consciousness; another way is to actively practise and cultivate their self- management ability to achieve targets of becoming a useful person and strengthen their ability to adapt themselves to society; the last way is implementing conditions and implementing effect.
