摘要
微表处混合料的破乳速度直接影响其摊铺、成型和开放交通时间,而材料性质、材料组成或环境因素等任何轻微改变均会使破乳速度产生显著变化。从阳离子改性乳化沥青的破乳机理出发,通过微表处混合料的拌和试验,研究了矿料的级配与砂当量、填料、温度、外加水量对混合料可拌和时间及破乳速度的影响,结果表明随着矿粉的增加、温度的升高,混合料可拌和时间缩短;砂当量与外加水量的增加均使混合料的可拌和时间延长;而填料对混合料可拌和时间的影响由填料的掺加量决定。
The demulsification speed of micro-surfacing mixture directly affects the paving,forming and time for opening to traffic.Any slight variation of material properties,material composition or environmental factors may bring great influence to the demulsification speed.On the basis of the cation-modified emulsified asphalt demulsification mechanism,the influences of mineral aggregate gradation and sand equivalent,filler,temperature as well as water on the mixable time and demulsification speed are studied according to mixture's mixing experiments.The results show that with the increasing of mineral powder and rising in temperature,the mixable time is shortened;as the sand equivalent and water increases the mixable time is prolonged;but the influence of filler on mixable time is depended on its mixing amount.
