摘要
中学心理咨询教师是否具备核心咨询能力是其能否胜任中学心理咨询工作的关键所在。本研究采用半结构化访谈法,选取12名高校心理咨询教师和13名中学心理咨询教师进行访谈,探讨在中学从事心理咨询工作应具备的核心能力。结果发现,高校心理咨询教师和中学心理咨询教师认为应具备的核心心理咨询能力包括:理论知识能力(心理学基本理论与方法,心理咨询基本理论与方法);咨询实践能力(把握咨询过程的能力,针对性咨询技能,心理测量技能);自我成长能力(自我觉察能力,自我调节能力)和遵守职业伦理道德能力4种能力,但相对于高校心理咨询教师来说,中学心理咨询教师更为看重与中学阶段有关的理论知识、咨询技能,以及心理测量能力。
The research was carried out in terms of an in-depth interview of semi-structuralization,which selected 12 college and 13 middle school psychological consultant teachers for enquiring the kernel capacity of those who work on psychological consult task in middle schools.It is found that the capacity should include four aspects:(i) the theoretical knowledge capacity(fundamental theories and methodologies of psychology for psychological consult),(ii) the practice ability(that conducting the consulting process,purposeful consult skills,and psychological measure skills),(iii) self-growth capacity(self-aware capability and self-adjusting ability),and(iv) the capacity for abiding by the professional morality,each of which has due preference.
