肺癌干细胞学说的证据和假设
Evidence and Hypothesis of Lung Cancer Stem Cell Theory
摘要
在肺癌的基础研究和临床实践中,虽然在各个领域都取得了显著的进展,而临床治疗的结果依然令人非常失望。干细胞和肿瘤干细胞理论得到越来越多的试验结果的支持,也得到越来越广泛的接受和认可。立足于不断获得的肺癌肿瘤干细胞研究的成果,以肿瘤干细胞的理论指导肺癌的研究和临床实践,有望取得意想不到的成果。
