摘要
论述激光成形熔覆涂层的机理及其关键技术———物理参数的优化选择,探讨该方法在40Cr基体零件上的应用,对显微组织和性能进行测试和分析。
In this paper,the mechanism of laserforming cladding layer and it's key technology,i.e.the optimum choice of physical parameters is persented.The application of this technology to 40Cr steel surface is also explored.To different laser pulse width,the microstructure and microhardness of cladded surface are tested and analyzed the experimental results show that the mechanical and physical performance of cladded surface has a apparent improvement.
