硫酸钙晶须催化合成醋酸正丁酯 被引量:6

Synthesis of n-Butyl Acetate Catalyzed by Calcium Sulfate Whisker

摘要 以醋酸正丁酯的合成作为典型的酯合成反应,考察了硫酸钙晶须在酯合成中的催化性能。酯化产率受反应物摩尔比、催化剂用量、反应时间、带水剂、催化剂重复使用次数的影响。实验结果表明,以硫酸钙晶须为催化剂合成醋酸正丁酯时,产率可以达到91%以上。得出了最佳反应条件:冰醋酸与正丁醇的摩尔比为1.1:1,催化剂硫酸钙晶须的量为醇质量的3%,反应时间6h,带水剂甲苯的量为醇质量的14.8%。且催化剂重复使用次数几乎不影响其催化性能。 The catalytic performance of calcium sulfate whisker in the ester synthesis was studied with using the synthesis of n-butyl acetate as a typical esterification reaction. The effects of the molar ratio of reactant, catalyst amount, reaction time, water-carrying agent, and the re-use times of the catalyst on the esterification yield were investigated. The experimental results showed that when used calcium sulfate whiskers as a catalyst for synthesis of n-butyl acetate, the yield could reach more than 91%. The optimal reaction conditions were obtained as follows: molar ratio of n(glacial acetic acid):n (n-butanol)=1.1:1, the amount of catalyst calcium sulfate whisker was 3% of the n-butanol mass, reaction time was 6h, the amount of water-carrying agent toluene was 14.8% of the n-butanol mass. The re-use times of catalyst nearly had no effect on its catalytic performance.
