生猪产业政策对企业和农户行为的影响研究

Research of Influence of Pig Industry Policy on the Behavior of Enterprises and Farmers

利用动态博弈模型分析生猪产业链条中的政府、企业和农民在不同策略组合下的收益情况,生猪企业比较容易与欠发达地区的农户进行生猪养殖合作;政府是否对生猪产业实施积极的产业政策,应该根据当地生猪企业自身的能力而定;为了鼓励生猪产业发展,一旦决定实施积极的生猪产业政策,则必须有良好的激励机制和运行机制。

This paper analyzes the profits of the government,enterprises,and farmers in pig industry chain with different strategy combinations by means of dynamic game.It shows that pig enterprises can easily cooperate with those farmers who are in underdeveloped regions.Whether the government should implement an active policy for pig industry should base on the ability of local pig enterprises.In order to encourage the development of pig industry,the government should provide favorable encouragement mechanism and operation mechanism.
