摘要
针对武钢热轧厂精轧区冬季雾汽大造成原可见光工业电视系统无法看清带钢切头、切尾和通板情况这一问题,利用红外大汽窗口理论与黑体辐射理论,提出了采用红外成像系统取代原工业电视系统的设想;经过仪表选型、比较,最终采用PEV与近红外CCD一体化摄像机取代原工业电视的方案。该方案实施后,经多年观察效果理想。
In view of the problem that it is extremely difficult to watch clearly the conditions of crop shearing and passing-through of the strip by the originally visible industrial TV system in the hot finishing mill area due to heavy fog in winter,a conception to use the infrared imaging system in place of the conventional industrial TV system was put forward on the basis of infrared atmospherical window theory and black body radiation principle and it is finally determined,through selection and comparison of the instruments,to use the PEV and an approximate infrared CCD integrated camera to replace the original industrial TV system.Satisfactory results have been achieved and problems affecting production of hot rolled steel strip completely solved since the implementation of the plan.
