综合康复治疗对脑卒中偏瘫患者预后的影响

Effect of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy on the prognosis of patients with stroke and hemiplegia

目的观察综合康复治疗对脑卒中偏瘫患者预后的影响。方法将90例脑卒中偏瘫患者分为康复组和对照组各45例,康复组采用神经肌肉促进技术,同时辅以功能性电刺激、经络导平针灸等方法进行6个月综合康复治疗;对照组仅给予临床常规药物治疗。于治疗前后,采用Fugl-Meyer评分评定患者的运动功能;用Barthel指数评定日常生活活动能力。结果康复组患者的Fugl-Meyer评分及Barthel指数明显提高,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论综合康复治疗对脑卒中偏瘫患者的预后明显好于单纯药物治疗。

Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation on the prognosis of patients with stroke and hemiplegia.Methods Ninety patients with stroke and hemiplegia were divided into the rehabilitation group and control group with 45 cases in each group.The patients of the rehabilitation group were treated not only with routine medication,but also with rehabilitation therapy,which included nerve muscle promoting technology,functional electric stimulation and channel balance-inducing instrument therapy for six mouths.The cases of the control group were treated only with routine medication.The motor function of patients was assessed with Fugl-Meyer assessment（FMA）,and activities of daily living（ADL） was assessed with Barthel index（BI） before and after treatment.Results The FMA and BI scores of the patients in the rehabilitation group increased obviously,having a significant difference with that of the control group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion The prognosis of patients with stroke and hemiplegia treated with comprehensive rehabilitation is superior to patients treated with simple medication.
