摘要
目的对比研究托槽-弓丝方法与钢丝-树脂夹板方法固定儿童半脱位恒前牙的临床疗效。方法对2004年至2008年在南京医科大学口腔医学院儿童牙科就诊的60名儿童患者中的72颗半脱位恒牙完整病历资料进行回顾性研究,并用卡方检验进行统计学分析。结果牙髓愈合的发生率分别为63%和59%,牙周膜愈合的发生率分别为79%和73%。结论托槽-弓丝方法与钢丝-树脂夹板方法是外伤牙固定的有效方法,且疗效相似。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of traumatic loose permanent anterior teeth fixed by orthodontic fix devices and stabilization splint of steel-wire resin.Methods Clinical data of 72 traumatic teeth treated in our hospital from 2004 to 2008,were collected and statistically analysised.All the patients were followed for 6 months to 3 years.Results The pulp healing rate was 63% and 59%.The periodontium healing rate was 79% and 73%.Conclusion The two methods are both effective in the fixation of traumatic teeth.
