血必净注射液治疗肾综合征出血热凝血功能障碍疗效观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的评价血必净注射液对肾综合征出血热凝血功能障碍的疗效。方法将36例肾综合征出血热患者随机分为两组,对照组给予常规综合治疗,治疗组加用血必净注射液治疗,疗程为10 d。分别检测两组治疗前后凝血功能相关指标(凝血酶原时间、活化部分凝血酶原时间、凝血酶时间、纤维蛋白原和血小板计数)。结果治疗组治疗前后各项指标比较差异均有统计学意义,治疗后部分指标两组间比较差异有统计学意义,总有效率比较治疗组高于对照组。结论血必净注射液能有效改善肾综合征出血热凝血功能障碍。
