手法复位治疗良性阵发性位置性眩晕疗效观察

Effect of manipulative reduction on benign paroxysmal positional vertigo

目的探讨手法复位治疗良性阵发性位置性眩晕(BPPV)的临床疗效。方法 132例BPPV患者根据分型和定侧采用相应手法复位疗法,治疗结束后1周及3个月评定疗效。结果治疗结束后1周痊愈101例(76.51%),有效15例(11.36%),无效16例(12.12%),总有效率87.88%;3个月后痊愈108例(81.81%),有效13例(9.28%),无效11例(8.33%),其中2例为复发(1.51%),总有效率91.67%。结论准确的诊断和系统的耳石复位手法是治疗BPPV成功的关键。

Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of manipulative reduction on benign paroxysmal positional vertigo（ BPPV）. Methods One hundred and thirty-two cases of BPPV were chosed according to type and side,then used the method of manipulative reduction,evaluation of curative effect of 1 week and 3 months after treatment were done. Results The recovery cases after 1 week were 101（ 76. 51% ） ,the effective cases were 15（ 11. 36% ） ,the invalid cases were 16（ 12. 12% ） ,and the general effective rate was 87. 88% ; The recovery cases after 3 months were 108（ 81. 81% ） ,the effective cases were 13 （ 9.28%） ,the invalid cases were 11（ 8.33%） including two cases（ 1.51%） of palindromia,and the general effective rate was 91. 67%. Conclusion Precise diagnosis and systematic canalith repositioning methods are the key points of treating BPPV.
