首发精神分裂症患者视觉P_(300)与探索性眼动的研究

Study on visual event-related potential P_(300) and exploratory eye movement in patients with first onset schizophrenia

目的探讨精神分裂症视觉事件相关电位P300(VERP-P300)与探索性眼动(EEM)对首发精神分裂症患者的诊断价值。方法对40例首发精神分裂症患者(精神分裂症组)和40例正常人(对照组)分别进行VERP-P300与EEM检测,并将检测结果加以比较。结果精神分裂症组VERP-P300和EEM异常率分别为80.0%(32/40)和90.0%(36/40),二者异常的一致率为77.5%(31/40)。与对照组相比,精神分裂症组VERP-P300的潜伏期延长、波幅降低,差别有统计学意义(P<0.01);EEM检测结果中凝视点数和反应性探索评分均显著低于对照组,差别有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 VERP-P300和EEM检测对首发精神分裂症的辅助诊断有一定价值。

Objective To explore the diagnostic value of visual event-related potential P300 （ VERP-P300 ） and exploratory eye movement （ EEM） in patients with first onset schizophrenia. Methods VERP-P300 and EEM tests were carried out on 40 patients with first onset schizophrenic（ schizophrenia group） and 40 normal people（ control group） respectively,and then the detec-tion results of the two tests were compared between two groups. Results The abnormal rates of VERP-P300 and EEM were 80. 0% （ 32 /40） and 90. 0% （ 36 /40） respectively in schizophrenia group. The abnormal concordance rate of the two tests was 77. 5% （ 31 /40）. Compared with the control group,the latency of VERP-P300 was lengthened and the amplitude of VERP-P300 was degraded in schizophrenia group,there was statistical significance between two groups（ P 0. 01）. According to the result of EEM test,the number of fixation and responsive search score were significantly lower than those in control group. There was statistical significance between two groups（ P 0. 01）. Conclusion VERP-P300 and EEM tests have certain value in auxiliary diagnosis of first onset schizophrenia.
