联合用药在结肠镜检查中的应用

Union medication in colon mirror inspection application

目的探讨硫酸镁联合聚乙二醇4000散剂应用于结肠镜检查前肠道准备的价值。方法随机将528例行常规结肠镜检查的患者分为A组(硫酸镁加聚乙二醇4000散剂组)和B组(番泻叶组),A组患者在结肠镜检查前6h口服硫酸镁50g,配制成浓度为50%的溶液100mL,30min后口服浓度为4%～6%的聚乙二醇4000散剂溶液1000～1500mL,B组口服浓度1.3%～2.0%番泻叶溶液1000～1500mL,观察肠道清洁效果,以内镜医师对肠道准备的满意程度、到达回盲部的成功率、患者的耐受程度以及不良反应的发生率为评判标准。结果 A组肠道清洁满意率达60.7%,欠满意率34.5%,不满意率为4.8%;而B组的满意率、欠满意率、不满意率分别为42.5%、35.6%和21.9%,统计学处理显示两组之间差异有显著性(P<0.01)。两组患者均未发生严重的不良反应。结论硫酸镁联合聚乙二醇4000散剂应用于大肠镜检查前肠道准备能达到较满意的清洁效果,且并发症发生率低,患者依从性好,可以广泛应用于临床。

【Obiective】To explore the combination of magnesium sulfate and polyethylene glycol 4000 powder applied to colonoscopy before the value of bowel preparation. 【Methods】 528 cases of routine conventional colonoscopy were divided into A group （ethylene glycol 4000 powder group receied we） and group B （senna group）, A group of patients on colonoscopy 6h before oral magnesium sulfate 50 g, a concentration of 50 solution 100 mL, after 30 minutes to 4% to 6% of oral concentration of polyethylene glycol 4000 powder solution 1000~1500mL, Group B oral concentration 1.3%~2% senna solution 1000~1500 mL, intestinal clean effect was observed, in the endoscopic physicians to bowel preparation, satisfaction rate of return of the blind, the degree of tolerance and with the incidence of aderse criteria. 【Results】A group of intestinal clean satisfaction of colonoscopy, less satisfaction, no satisfaction were 4.8%, 60.7%, 34.5% respectively, but the satisfaction of group B, less satisfaction, no satisfaction 42.5%, 35.6%, 21.9% respectively, and the statistical processing 35.6 21.9 percent between two groups showed significant difference （P 0.01）. Two patients had no serious adverse reactions.【Conclusion】The combination of magnesium sulfate and polyethylene glycol 4000 powder applied to large endoscopic check before bowel preparation can achieve satisfactory cleaning effect and complication rate is low, the patient adherence is good, can be widely applied in clinic.
