白内障患者围术期预防应用抗菌药调查

Rationality of Perioperative Prophylactic Use of Antibiotics in Patients with Cataracta

目的:调查我院眼科白内障患者围术期预防应用抗菌药情况。方法:抽查2009年6月～2010年1月眼科白内障手术患者出院病历134份,制定合理用药评价标准,填写"住院病人抗菌药使用情况调查表",对抗菌药应用情况进行统计、分析。结果:白内障患者围术期预防应用抗菌药包括全身用药和局部用药。全身用药品种包括头孢菌素类、青霉素类、广谱青霉素+酶抑制剂、喹诺酮类和硝基咪唑类,存在药物选择级别过高,每日给药次数不当,用药时机不当,疗程偏长,联合用药不合理问题;局部应用抗菌药有喹诺酮类、氨基糖苷类,存在用药时机不当和联合用药不合理等问题。结论:我院眼科白内障手术预防性应用抗菌药的合理性有待提高。

Objective： To analyze the rationality of the preventive use of antibiotics in ophthalmologic patients with cataracta in the hospital. Method：The medical histories of 134 patients who had been discharged from the department of ophthalmic were sampled for an analysis of the rational use of antibiotics based on the questionnaire. Result：The drugs used during the perioperative period in patients with cataract prophylactic antimicrobial drugs consisted of systematic and local drugs. The systematic drug varieties included cephaloridines, peniciUins, broad-spectrums penicillin ＋ enzyme inhibitors, quinolones and nitromidazoles. There were such problems as the irrationality in the choice of drug category, improper administration frequency, longer administration time, irrational treatment and drug combination, etc. Condusion：The rationality of the preventive use of antibiotics for patients with eataracta undergoing ophthalmologie surgery remains to be improved.
