Therapeutic effect of tazarotene cream and doxycycline in the treatment of 20 cases with severe degree ordinary acne vulgaris

摘要目的:观察0.05%他扎罗汀乳膏联合多西环素对重度痤疮的疗效。方法:40例重度痤疮患者根据就诊次序随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组外用0.05%他扎罗汀乳膏,每晚一次,连续使用4周;同时口服多西环素片剂,0.1g,bid,po,连续使用4周;对照组外用氯霉素甲硝唑搽剂,tid,连续用药4周;对治疗前及治疗后进行疗效评定。结果:治疗组和对照组有效率分别为85%,45%;结果差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:0.05%他扎罗汀乳膏联合多西环素治疗重度寻常性痤疮疗效显著,无明显不良反应。 OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical efficacy of 0.05% tazarotene and doxycycline on severe degree ordinary acne vulgaris. METHODS 40 patients with severe degree ordinary acne vulgaris were divided into experimental group and control group randomly. Experimental group of 20 cases used lazarotene externally once every evening, and at the same time, used doxycycline 0. 1 g, bid, po, and the medication lasting for four weeks. While control group used chloramphenicol metronidazole liniments three times a day,and the medication lasting for four weeks. RESULTS The effective rate in experimental group and control group was 85 %and 45 %, respectively, the effective rate of the former was higher than that of the later statistically （P 〈0. 05）. CONCLUSION There were remarkable therapeutic effects and no adverse reaction of 0. 05% tazarotene and doxycyc- line on severe degree ordinary acne vulgaris.
