摘要
为确定长枣多糖水浸提的最佳工艺条件,以粗多糖得率为指标,利用响应面法分析优化水提工艺参数。结果表明,料液比1:11(m:V),提取时间5h,提取温度90℃时长枣多糖的得率最高。该条件下粗多糖得率为8.02%。
In order to determine the optimum technological conditions of Changzao jujube polysaccharide by water extraction,taking polysaccharide rate as the index,the water extraction parameters were optimized by the method of response surface analysis(RSA).The results showed that the ratio of material to water is 1:11,extraction time 5h,extraction temperature 90℃.The yield of polysaccharide rate can reach 8.02%in this condition.
