Study on grifola frondosapolysaccharides extracting by response surface method

摘要 利用试验设计软件Design-Expert,通过二次回归设计得到灰树花多糖提取量与提取温度、提取时间、乙醇浓度关系的回归模型,该模型能够较好地预测灰树花多糖提取量。在对影响多糖提取量的关键因素及其相互作用进行探讨后,得到的优化提取工艺参数为:提取温度11℃、提取时间10.35h、乙醇浓度96%,此条件下,多糖的提取量为1.72g/L。 The regression model,related to the amount of grifola frandosus polysaccharide extraction,extracting temperature,extracting time,ethanol concentration,was obtained by using Design-Expert experimental design software through quadric regression design.The regression model would be a fairly reliable forecast for extraction of grifola frandosus polysaccharide.The optimized extraction parameters were obtained as follows:extraction temperature 11℃,extraction time 10.35h,ethanol concentration 96%.Under the conditions,the extraction amount of grifola frandosus polysaccharide in theoretically reached 1.70g/L.
