新城金矿二步矿房采矿方法优选研究 被引量:2

Optimization of Mining Method for the Second-step Chamber in Xincheng Gold Mine

摘要 山东新城金矿V#矿体二步矿房开采出现严重的安全问题,原有机械化水平分层充填法已不能满足生产需要。通过对开采技术条件的分析,提出了4种较为适合的采矿方案,为了能够尽可能的消除经验因素的影响,采用模糊数学的方法将各方案评价指标进行量化分析,对新城金矿二步矿房采矿方法进行了优化选择,从中选出预控顶上向凿岩分段充填采矿法。研究表明,此方案具有较好的实际适用性,是一种比较安全、高效、经济的采矿方法,能够满足矿山安全开采的要求。 In Xincheng gold mine,Shandong province,there is serious security problem in mining the second-step chambers of Ⅴ# ore-body,the mechanized horizontal cut and fill stoping hasn't met the needs of mine production.Based on analysis of the mining conditions,four suitable mining schemes were put forward.The quantitative analysis on the evaluation indexes of the different mining methods was carried out by fuzzy mathematics method in order to eliminate the effect of personal experience as possible,and then the optimal selection of mining method for the second-step chambers in the Ⅴ# ore-body was made.The optimal one is upward sublevel drill and fill stoping with roof pre supporting,which is a safe,efficient and economic mining method,is of better applicability,can meet the needs of safe mining in the mine.
