摘要
对织金低品位磷矿加入自制捕收剂(WF-02)进行了反浮选研究,采用分段加入捕收剂的方式,考察了捕收剂用量、抑制剂用量、磨矿细度、矿浆浓度、浮选时间对P2O5品位和回收率的影响。试验结果表明:在WF-02用量为1.0kg/t矿,磷酸用量为10kg/t矿,矿浆浓度为35%,磨矿细度-0.074mm占89%,浮选时间9min的条件下,磷精矿的P2O5品位可从原矿的21.90%增加到33.19%,回收率达到89.89%,获得了较好的浮选效果。
Reverse flotation experiment of the phosphate ore from Zhijin,Guizhou was made with a homemade collector(WF 02).The effects of several parameters including the dosages of collector and depressor,grinding size,slurry concentration and floatation time on the grade and recovery of P2O5 were investigated by adopting the staged addition of the collector in experiment floatation.The results of experiment showed that when the dosage of collector WF-02 is 1.0 kg/t ore,the dosage of phosphoric acid is 10 kg/t ore,slurry concentration is 35%,grinding fineness of-200 mesh is 89% and flotation time is 9 min better flotation result can be obtained.Under these conditions,P2O5 grade of concentrate was increased from 21.90%(P2O5 content of raw ore) to 33.19%,and recovery rate of P2O5 reached to 89.89%.
