摘要
对某铀矿石不同条件下细菌池浸浸铀进行了对比试验研究,分析了浸出过程中有关参数的变化规律,对比试验结果表明,池浸I(充气条件)对该铀矿石具有较好的浸出效果,浸出率为87.05%,渣品位为0.0133%,酸耗为2.16%,浸出周期为48d。与池浸II(不充气)相比,铀浸出率可提高10%左右,表明充气条件下细菌池浸方法回收该铀矿石中的铀具有一定的可行性。
The contrast bacteria tank leaching experiment was carried out for one uranium ore under different leaching conditions,the change of important parameters in the leaching process were analyzed.The results of contrast experiments showed that tank leaching Ⅰ(aeration condition) has a good effect to the uranium ore,the leaching rate is 87.05%,the grade of ore slag is 0.0133%,the acid consumption is 2.16%,the leaching periods is 48 days.Compared with the tank leaching Ⅱ(no aeration),the leaching rate of uranium was increased by 10%.The experiments showed that the bacteria tank leaching of this uranium ore under aeration condition is feasibility.
