摘要
为解决大惯量设备减速器输入轴扭轴或断轴的问题,研制出新型液力偶合器——抗扭断液力偶合器,有效解决了目前液力偶合器在应用过程中致使硬齿面或半硬齿面减速器扭轴或断轴的现象,而且保证了限矩型液力偶合器的优越性能,使得大惯量设备的使用性能和可靠性得到大幅度提高,其替代原有液力偶合器后的经济效益将无法估量。
In order to solve the problem of torsion and break of input shaft of equipments with big inertia,a new fluid coupling viz.anti-torsion fluid coupling has been developed.It can avoid the phenomena of shaft torsion and break of harden gear reducer or semi-harden gear reducer occurring in application of conventional fluid coupling,and also keeps the high performance of limited moment fluid coupling,can make the operational performance and reliability of equipments with big inertia increase by a big margin.If the anti-torsion fluid coupling is used to replace old fluid coupling the economic benefits will be great.
