美国名校本科招生制度是运用综合评价选拔新生的典范,他们的招生工作开展方式能够较为全面、深入地了解申请者,从而使对学生的综合评价更为科学、准确。我国高校应根据自身特点逐步实行综合评价方式;我国目前试行的高校自主招生应逐步改革招生方式;高校和中学都应重视综合评价理念的宣传;评价标准应该刚柔相济。

The undergraduate recruitment system of American top universities is the apotheosis using integrated evaluation to select applicants. The recruitment mode enables them to know applicants more completely and deeply,which leads to a more scientific and accurate integrated evaluation. In China,every kind of higher education institutions should recruit with integrated evaluation approaches according to their characterisitics. Higher institutions＂ recruiting students themselves should reform their modes gradually. Higher education institutions and secondary schools should focus on propagation of the integrated evaluation. It is unreasonable to give rigid demands to highly arbitrary standard.
