摘要
禽流感免疫抗体监测结果的准确性、有效性、可靠性和代表性对禽流感防控工作起着十分重要的作用,本文从样品处理、试剂配制、器材选用、温度和时间控制以及结果判定等方面对禽流感免疫抗体监测试验过程中的质量控制作-简要概述。
The accuracy,validity,reliability and representativeness of avian influenza’s immune antibody result are very important for its control work.This paper mainly discussed the quality control points such as sample and reagent solution preparation,equipments using,temperature and time control,assessment methods and so on,in order to provide reference for monitoring avian influenza immune antibody.
