谈如何消除矩形管切口变形及切口毛刺

摘要 切口变形和毛刺是矩形管管端的主要缺陷。分析认为,锯切方向直接影响着管壁的受力状态,锯片与管子的接触弧长和锯切圆周力成正比关系。针对这一特点,提出了从锯切入点出发,改变切入点的几何位置,降低锯切力,增大锯片周径和钢管外壁的夹角等消除切口缺陷的方法。经改造实施,成功地解决了矩形管切口变形和毛刺问题。 The main defects are deformation and burrs of cutting surface in the square pipe end. The saw cutting direction directly affects the pressed wall thickness, the contacting arc length between saw disc and pipe has direct ratio to the cutting circumference force through analysis. Based of this, it is to avoid these defects by changing the cutting position, reducing the saw cutting force and increasing saw disc circumference diameter and pipe outside thickness angle. After modification, the cutting deformation and burrs of square pipe is avoided successfully.
