中西医结合治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕症28例观察

Observation on 28 Cases of Oviduct Obstructive Infertility Treated by Combination of TCM and Western Medicine

目的:观察中药灌肠配合宫腔镜下输卵管口插管加压注液术治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕症的临床疗效。方法:治疗组28例采用中药灌肠配合宫腔镜下输卵管口插管加压注液术治疗,对照组29例只用宫腔镜下输卵管口插管加压注液术治疗。结果:妊娠率治疗组为28.6%、对照组为6.9%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。总有效率治疗组为75.0%、对照组为51.7%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。两组治疗前后比较输卵管通畅程度均有改善(P<0.05)。反流量、推注阻力的改善治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药灌肠配合宫腔镜下输卵管口插管加压注液术治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕症效果较好。

Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect on oviduct obstructive infertility treated by herbal enema combined with pressed perfusion at oviduct outlet with hysteroscope.Method： 28 cases were treated with herbal enema combined with pressed perfusion at oviduct outlet with hysteroscope as the study group while 29 cases were treated with pressed perfusion at oviduct outlet with hysteroscope as the control group.Result： The pregnancy rate of the study group was 28.6% while that of the control group was 6.9%.There was significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.The total effective rate of the study group was 75.0% while that of the control group was 51.7%.There was significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Herbal enema combined with pressed perfusion at oviduct outlet with hysteroscope has good effect on oviduct obstructive infertility.
