羟苯磺酸钙对糖尿病肾病患者微炎症状态的影响

Effect of calcium dobesilate on microinflammation in the patients with diabetic nephropathy

目的:探讨羟苯磺酸钙对糖尿病肾病患者微炎症状态的影响。方法:选取糖尿病肾病患者80例,随机分为常规治疗对照组(40例)和羟苯磺酸钙治疗观察组(40例),另选择20例健康者作为正常组,观察治疗前后患者血清炎症因子超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、同型半胱氨酸(HCY),降钙素原(PCT)以及营养学指标(血浆白蛋白、前白蛋白、血红蛋白浓度)及24h尿蛋白、血清肌酐的变化。结果:与正常组比较,治疗前观察组和对照组患者的血清hs-CRP、HCY,血浆PCT水平均显著升高,而营养学指标(血浆白蛋白、血红蛋白)含量均显著降低。羟苯磺酸钙治疗3个月后,观察组患者CRP、HCY、PCT水平与治疗前以及对照组治疗后相比,均明显降低,血浆白蛋白、血浆前白蛋白明显升高。各组患者治疗前后血肌酐以及血红蛋白水平无明显变化。结论:羟苯磺酸钙治疗可以显著改善糖尿病肾病患者微炎症状态、减轻蛋白尿,改善营养状态。

Objective：To investigate the effect of Calcium Dobesilate on microinflammation in the patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods ：80 diabetic nephropathy patients in our hospital were enrolled.All patients were randomly divided into treatment group（25 males and 15 females） and control group（27 males and 13 females）.While twenty normal medical examination adults were selected as healthy group.Patients in treatment group received Calcium Dobesilate and routine drug therapy for 3 months while patients in control group took routine drug therapy only.Healthy control group took no medicines.Serum hs-CRP,HCY,PCT,albumin,prealbumin,hemoglobin,creatinine and 24 h urine protein were measured at the experiment onset and 3 months later.Results：Compared to healthy group,the serum hs-CRP,HCY,PCT level were all obviously increased,and albumin,prealbumin,24 h urine protein were all significantly decreased both in treatment group and control group.Compared to experiment onset,the serum hs-CRP,HCY,PCT level and 24 h urine protein were all obviously decreased,and albumin and prealbumin hemoglobin were both significantly increased in treatment group after 3 months.And there were significant difference between treatment group and control group.There were no significant difference in the serum creatinine and hemoglobin among the three groups neither at the experiment onset nor after 3 months.Conclusion：Calcium Dobesilate can improve the microinflammatory state in diabetic nephropathy patients.
